Hotel Victoria in Cluj-Napoca is a delightful gem nestled right in the heart of the historical centre, making it an ideal base for exploring the city's rich culture. I found myself particularly impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel; it was immaculate, and the standard double room was well-appointed with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV-a welcomed comfort given the summer heat. The hospitality of the staff truly stood out; their friendly demeanor was mirrored by the exceptional service we received from the gentleman at the reception, who provided invaluable tips on getting around, including the best buses to take. We also enjoyed a sumptuous breakfast buffet that set the tone for our day ahead-never underestimate the power of a hearty meal when you're out and about! my family and I had a brilliant stay, and I can say with certainty that I would choose Hotel Victoria again for our next visit.
